The main reason behind this is to ensure the quality of care that each health aide provides their clients.

But for the benefit of the home health aide and the patient, it would be extremely helpful if home health aides would go through certain home health aide training programs not only to gain leverage or to be certified, but also to develop their capability to care for those who need it the most and have the adequate practical knowledge on how to help their clients in the best way possible.
